[Solved] hero lerns Ability from shop !

hi there.

so i have been lokking a round on forum and google and trying my selv to make this but no luck so fair !

- what iam lokking for is that a hero buy a Ability from a shop and the hero can level it up him selv with the red + with out having the skill in the first place
( it can be done if you see the map i have attach )

- iam not lokking for where the hero buy a Ability from a shop and levels it up buy keep buying the Ability from the shop
( example Like this one Buying Spells )

I answered the basics of how to do this in another thread recently. Neither solution is easy/simple to implement but there are really no other ways to do this if you want the abilities to be levelable like normal abilities.

You will use a different event to trigger it all and have to build some association table to translate “which item/unit was bought” to “give the unit this spell” the first time the item/unit is bought.

i have read that it can be done with somekind of speelbook system also like in the map i attach but iam not sure how

A spellbook can be made, yes. Putting them there will not allow the abilities to be leveled up with the Hero Skills menu. Again, that will only work for abilities that are in the unit's OE abilities list. EU gets around this by transforming the original abilities into something else.
