Hero attack speed/ attack cooldown fixation

Hello, Is there a way to have a Hero fixed attack speed, by this I mean the hero will always have the same attack speed/ attack cooldown regardless of their agility and attack speed increasing abilities.

You can modify the attack speed per agility point in the constants, but that will affect all heroes, and you'll need to detect whenever your hero acquires an attack speed increasing item, or when they are targeted by bloodlust etc...

In other words, it's pain

Maybe replace the attack with some auto-cast ability and then trigger the damage if the damage needs to be able to change?

That won't work. The unit will keep attacking with standard attacks when the black arrow ability is on cooldown.

Barrage might be an option, set the cooldown and damage to the desired amount, that would avoid the issue of Black Arrow needing a base attack.
