Help_Hero stop at lvl 400

Hi, Im playing the COT 1.33.17 on W3 Frozen Throne with my brother for month, but the exp drop to 0% when we reached lvl 400 so we cannot get levelup further. We try all the way even try to kill the Azathoth but got killed instantly. The demon nation or any other base cant help. Please help we seem stuck here for eternity.
