I am making an ability called " Lightning bolt " and I want the lightning to strike upwards from the sky instead of forward from the caster. How do I do that? I saw it in DOTA...

Made such a spell myself. The spell is not trigger enhanced. You simply need any spell that shoots at an enemy, e.g. thunderbolt, set

Art - Missile Speed

to 9999 (simply so high you don't see the projectile flying)

Then, change

Art - Missile Art

to Abilities\Spells\Other\Monsoon\MonsoonBoltTarget.mdl
