Hey, i created a map and i transferred it to my warcraft 3 file, what is the problem? Why cant i see it when i launch my warcraft? Is there a particular reason can it be fixed?

Put the wc3 map file in the wc3 download directory. Or just make a subfolder in the "maps" folder and place it in there.

The problem is, i put the map there but it just doesnt appear in my warcraft!

1. Wrong section.
2. The problem might be because of the different version of warcraft. Some things in older versions can't be started by newer versions and vice-versa.
3. The file extension might be wrong?

How can i fix my warcraft version? I have the latest version from battlenet and created the map today. Also what do you mean by the extension?

If u say so - the version is not the problem. And the map extention should be .w3x or .w3m

the name you saved the map as may be too long maps with to long names wont show up

I was searching form the help zone but couldnt find it, but thx anyways i will try to do theese things and if any helps, i will rep.

did you try saving the name you saved the map as to a smaller name??

When i saved the map i typed .w3x in the end, because when i was naming it before i was just placing the name.

im not talking about .w3x or .w3m

im talking about the amount of letters in the name

e.g "big massive map name for this"

has a high amount of letters

no it has only 7 letters, i got it fixed
