Can someone please make the attached image into a loading screen 4 me, ive been trying to do it on my own, but i cant seem to get it to work. If u make it THX alot

You nid a correct path and a loadingscreen.mdx (it must be a blp version's)

hey. dont listen to pkw hes mean no just kidding, hes my friend. i make the loading screen for you.

for the path, just erase the warc3imported\ from both files. if thats not what you want, post another picture i just downloaded it.

PS : if anyone else want a loading screen, i make a thread for request in the request section.
