Help With The Mod Im Trying To Use Plz

I read the tutorials on how to use a mod, but there's one part I dont understand. The part where you have to change the file thing in the import manager. Can someone give me an exaple of what a mod file would look like when it has the "War3MapImported" thing, and then what exactly its supposed to say after you change it please?
