Help with my ui

there may be so more errors with later parts of this ui but for now i need help to make the Tileset 4 i have set it to UI\Console\Orc\OrcUITile04.blp but the other ones are working just this one is not
i have attached the problem if you are a dunce the tile 04 is the part at the end on mine it is just a black part
i will give +rep if you help

aww that red hurts my eyes ever heard of shadow and other colors ?

Resize it as 512x512 and use that instead. WC3 then changes it back to 64x512 ingame.

Can someone do that for me i dont now how to
when i do that it cuts off the image
