UITile04 issue

I am importing a custom UI, and the only problem is the HumanUITile04.blp ... The path I imported it to is UI\Console\Human\HumanUITile04.blp, and it doesn't work. Please, if anyone knows how to solve this, I would appreciate help

Maybe the texture got corrupted. The path is correct, it should be working.

Did you try changing it in Advanced > Game Interface > Image - Console Texture 4?
That Tile04 always caused problems. Some solutions are in the comments here.
