Help With Mapmaking

Hi Every Body

I am Making a new map and its idea is about destroying a certain building and destroy other players base but the problem is i don't know how to make destroying the building as a first quest and destroying other players base as second quest

please Can anybody help me ????????
 
If the main idea of the map is to destroy the certain Building and then another player's base, then you wouldn't need to set it as a quest.

Just do it like this: Set the death of the "Certain building" to an event, and have one of the actions activate the next trigger, which would allow you to destroy all of the buildings owned by an enemy player (or all buildings owned by an enemy player in a certain region). When all those buildings no longer exist, you could have the game end through Victory Conditions and such, if that's the entire game itself.

Or you could just do them seperately and not connected in any way.


If not, and they're individual quests in a big game... well I'm still learning about quests so I couldn't help ya there.
 
First of all, you're on the wrong forum, this kind of topic should be move to the World Editor Help Zone

Second, so you want a quest that you need to kill that before killing that? First of all, in map initialization, you could just make the game state itself to kill that building and ping it in the minimap, just make the other base invulnerable. And make a trigger that checks if that building is destroyed then make the base vulnerable again. Make it as a quest of course, since that's the way you wanted it to be.
