why i have a green colored icon what was added in map when open skills that hero can learned...

Have you imported the icon correctly?
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNWhatever
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNWhatever

IE..
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNBreathOfFireNew.blp
and
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNLightningArrow.BLP

If these are correct and the Icon still doesn't work it might be the Icon...

It means icon doesn't work correctly , send me link to which icon your using I will test it to verify that it doesn't work if you want to.
