Help with editing Demon Rune

Hello all. I need help on how to editing the Demon Rune properly. Here the pictures of what I did tried to editing the Demon Rune, and it is not working properly. I am using Retera's Model Editor.

Hmmm... if you're sure it's not the texture's fault (missing Alpha channel?) then it could be from your converter.

You can try using Magos' Model Editor to convert the texture, which is what I always use.
Through Magos:
  1. Open the texure file through "File > Open"
  2. Find the texture in the Texture window "Windows > Texture Manager"
  3. Right Click your texture and export it into the desired format (it can do .tga, .blp, etc.)
