I've read the FAQ about spells and but I still dont understand how to put them in my map :?. The FAQ tutorial only applies to importing spells from another map to your map not from website to map right? Please respond if you can solve my problem. Thanks for reading my post

The helpful way is to understand & learn the what & how of triggers (surely you know this already). Copy the triggers in the spell map into your map or you could just export them then import to your map. Copy also the placed unit in the spell map coz they are very important & they are selected units in the action (i think almost all of the spells here has selected units). Now export the spell data or the object data then import it to your map. If you understand the triggers in the first place, then you could remake that spell into your map. If it is written in JASS then dont know how to read, well you & i have the same problem.

Did you actually try to download a spell from the site? Because you mentioned something like "I know how to import spell from one map to another but I don't know ho w to import spells from the website". Spells are into maps so practically when you download a spell, you download a map. Got it?
