Help with custom skill

Dear Hivers

Im working on a custom skill for a blademaster. Its a passive skill, that triggers when you attack (just like critical strike). When it triggers, the blademaster should do one additional attack, but with superspeed.
Hope you guys could help me with this

unit is attacked (or us a DDS)

level of ability X >= 0
random integer between 1-100 <= proc chance

set anitmation speed of unit to 200%
play attack animation
(I think you can put a one second wait here, if you use triggering unit it will be MUI)
deal daamgeset animation speed of unit to 100%
