you could untick the "Is Building" in the object editor, then simply rorate the buildings, but cleaner would be to simply create them via a trigger, because you can set the angle upon creation.

If you need to do that with all barracks in game, there are work arounds. You could detect, whenever one of these barracks enters the game and replace it by a similar barracks, that you created via a trigger (to set the degrees). You could extract the barracks from the mpq and change the rotation using a model editor (magos for example), and import it to your map and use it. You could read the tutorial on turnable towers here on the hive and use a custom root ability to set the facing of the barracks...

go to the object edtior and select the barracks model.
scroll down untill you see an entry that says something like "Is Building - True". -> Set it to false
Now go to the normal map view in the editor, select a barracks model and rotate it like you would do with a normal unit (because it is not a building anymore).
Downside: The barracks is no real building anymore, it may have an impact on the game. You have to try if there is some issues in your map.

edit: this only works with pre-placed models in the editor

You can do that with magos model editor.

go to windows -> mpq browser and find the barracks model. Save it to your disk.
Now if this model is loaded into magos, you can go to Windows -> Model Editor. In the new window, go to Selection -> Select All and then to Transformation -> Rotation and then rotate the model around the axis you want. I think it is the z axis most probably. You can see the result directly in the main window.
Save it and re-import it into a map using the import manager. You do not need any paths or so, as this is a former ingame model.

Edit: it seems like the preset rotation of the building is something like 45 degrees compared to the image you uploaded, so try rotating the barracks by 45 around the z axis and test it ingame.
