Help with Beat Production

Hello everyone. So, I have a contest coming up and I need to make some beats for it. They do not have to be complicated or anything, just some background noise, ya know?
The problem I'm facing however is that I have no special equipment. So I need to know if you guys know of any ways to make beats without using any special equipment.
