Help With A Spell

I need help with a spell i made called Impale. I want the hero that casts the spell to jump to target and then attack him. I tried to do this with a variety of triggers but it didn't work. The spell causes damage and bleed but he just stands there and wave his arm when casting the spell . Anyone knows how i can fix this? Thanks in advance.

There are different ways to get a perfect jump you want. But I think the easiest is, look at the spell section - and search for a jump spell.

This isn't idea stealing if you use something from the maps - but there you can get help and maybe you find that, what you did wrong.

Or if you don't want look in the spell section, you need to post all triggers, that are used for this spell, so we can help you.

Well the thing is, I removed the triggers since it didn't work. And I used the original spell Shadow Strike for it. Cause then there's DPS and that's what i wanted for Impale. So i want him to "hurl" himself forward to target and then attack. But what do you mean with jumping spells? I don't really want him to jump up high into the air.
Edit: I didn't find any spell that was similar to mine in the spell section most of them are based on jumping high up into the air.
