help texturing

Hello im new here , im from argentina sorry if my english is bad.
I need somebody tells me about some program to edit textures, because to edit them i have to convert with model viewer , then edit with paint and later convert again to blp. My textures are horribles, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use GIMP (free), Photoshop (not free, but the best), etc.

Look for the blue and green gems below his forum picture and then click the box by it
