Help needed- cant see descriptions of items or spells

i need some assistance.
if anyone knows what causes the problem i would appreciate if you would help me
well its playing issue. I am playing every map, campaign normally with extended tooltips for skills.
But i joined the bloodway rpg online and i couldn't see descriptions of skills or items.
any help or tip is welcomed.

EDIT: i am talking about tooltips of spells and items.
there's skill critical strike and it shows only 10% 1.6 etc. only numbers and signs while all other players could see full description
item shows only +3 or+3 +5 +12

From my experience this occurs when playing maps with tool-tips in other languages (language with different characters that is). I am guessing this was supposed to be a russian map and that's why it doesn't show the tool-tips.
