Help, my map is too big

My map is too big!!!
What can I do??

delete a custom loading screen if u have that, only use it for campaigns. and cut the sounds, they shouldn be biugger then 0.5 mb

edit: i opened ur map and saw u only imported 40 mb sounds. i also saw that two of the r excactly the same (sound 2 and 3)
