Help me with making a jump skill

Hi guys, i'm new here and i just want to ask your help for my jump skill trigger. Ok here goes nothin', I've desire for 2 triggers.First, i am making a skill that when it begins casting an ability, the caster quickly jumps(or make its hieght offset higher) in its position(I'm using a stormbolt ability).The second trigger i want is just the same but what makes them different is that when the casting unit begins casting an ability, it jumps toward the target unit(I'm still using another target ability*FireBolt*). Please help me if you know.
