Help! (Dueling System)

How do I make a duelling system?

easy

event: every x minutes of game time
action: pick strengest hero of aly of player 1
move picked unit to region in your arena 1
pick strengest hero of aly of player 6
move picked unit to region in your arena 2

thats ok but how do i disable attack for the other players and put them in a place where they can watch?

use unit-move instantly (point)
and add the ability locust to the heros watching

Therefore, make regions around the 'watching place' and move them there..

Dont add locust, just pause them, locust causes weird bugs (the selection circle disappears).

Thats not a bug. It's part of the spell. The whole point is you cant select the unit.

Pausing unit is much better than adding locust imo. Its shorter and you dont have to select ability from the list every time...
