(HELP!) Berserker skin = WTF?

I retextured a berserker, but it only changes the Headhunter skin, since both models are 1 model. does anyone know if you can even change the berserker skin without having to make a dummy model of it? Please help.

What skin are you trying to replace exactly, and what path is it currently imported to?

Troll Berserker the upgraded version for the headhunter, it has the same path as the headhunter because they share the same model.

just make the model's animations alternate and it should have the skin you want on the berserker

Well, the model has the same path. But the textures have different ones.

Berserker: Units\Orc\Headhunter\BeserkHeadHunter.blp
Headhunter (No Upgrade): Textures\Headhunter.blp
