Looking for a WE teacher

I was wondering if someone could teach me how to make maps so that I could come up with any idea and make it into a map with skills and mechanics similar to
Defi4nc3's Open Rpg or dota allstars or Legion TD.

Basically list things and tell me their purpose and tell me how to write in gui and jass and how to pinpoint bugs and fix them
