Height and Raised ground problem

Attached is a screenshot in the World Editor.

The models used are Spirit Towers and Eye of Sargeras. As seen, they are somehow underground, much obvious from the Spirit Towers.

This is the problem: In-game, they are back to their old height, without any "underground" visiblity. The full model is seen instead of only the top for the Spirit Towers.

Why is this so?
