[Trigger] Healing Spell

Hello, i need help with a healing spell.
The spell should give 4% of target unit max life.

Here is my work... (based on the normal priest heal)
  • Healing
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
    • Conditions
      • (Ability being cast) Equal to Heal
    • Actions
      • Unit - Set life of (Target unit of ability being cast) to (((Real((String((Max life of (Target unit of ability being cast)))))) - (Real((String((Life of (Target unit of ability being cast))))))) + ((Real((String((Max life of (Target unit of ability being cast)))))) x 0.04))

Yes this work, but what about leak?

      • Set Healing1 = (Real((String((Life of (Target unit of ability being cast))))))
      • Set Healing2 = (((Real((String((Max life of (Target unit of ability being cast)))))) / 100.00) x 4.00)
      • Unit - Set life of (Target unit of ability being cast) to (Healing1 + Healing2)
