Have any passive ability with mana cost?

I want to make a passive Ability with mana cost as manual.But only Reincarnation I know will trigger by Combat,I want to find other one without any effect(or it can be control)

It cost mana but not display on uberTip

the lightning orb has mana cost.
But it's not worth that exchange getting a dark icon for mana cost display.
player may feel that ability is not working.
