Has the B.Net map filesize limit changed at all?

Has the B.Net map file size limit changed at all? What prompted this question was the fact that the last few Dota maps have been over 7 megs, and was curious as to the discrepancy between this and the 4 meg limit.

I just downloaded 1.24 (I haven't played Battle.net in years, I was at 1.07 before lol) and in the notes it said the limit went from 4 to 8MB, so yeah, it changed. Hopefully it'll go higher.

I had some errors with Battlenet and it won't let me play it.
I'm fine with the campaigns, but it would be cool to see people on it.
