Guide on how to make A.I cast spells?

Where can I find a guide on the specific triggers needed to make the A.I cast spells? I have no idea how to trigger the A.I to lets say, channel blizzard, summon water elemental, or thunderclap.

Yeah I saw that guide but some units / heroes refuse to use their abilities. Like, water elemental and Blizzard are never used even though their conditions are met, but thunderclap is used. In the issue order targeting a unit/point, I see there are some spells, but it doesn't consist of every spell right?

If you want better control, Riki's AI Behavior Controller v1.1 [GUI-friendly] is something that I would recommend.
