recolour. theres about 2% freehand change and thats the little nicknacks and doodads. So no. dont expect this to be approved until you've actually worked hard to make the skin.

Recolour is Mechanical Aid.

Try using a paintbrush. thats generally what most freehand is done with

well i use gimp xD Cuz my Computer wont install PS ( Loled) But i will see how to import brushes to Gimp !

YOU DONT NEED TO INSTALL ANY BRUSHES

I use gimp too. my artwork comes out just fine
