Hmm you cant realy see the face it looks like a blurr, if you could fix that i'm sure it would look a little better unless its just the pic *wink*

Recolor and Bad freehand. Cartoonic actually. softening the muscle outlines made it worse. And I think I know the reason you did not include a portrait screenshot.

thats a good start! but you need to chance much to make it to a good skin...
read some tutorial, they should help you like:
"Make a basic face - tutorial"

here are many really good tutorials, you just have to read them, follow them and practise practise

to be honest it looks like shit, no shading, bad colors, I don't like it at all 1/5 U have to improve it hardly ;/
