[Spell] granade spell

hello guys, i was wondering if anyone wants to help me, i need a spell where the hero throws a missile and when it reaches the target area deal aoe damage and slow, also, another one that damages and stuns every enemy in a line, i thought about regular impale spell, but i dont like the air time and that some effect have a distance between them.

Why do you specificly want to use an existing spell?

You should try to find a missile system and just make the spell yourself.
Everything you have to do is just set the missile speed, model, arc, angle and stuff like that. The system will do the rest for ya.

I can show you how you have to do it in mine but mine works with 3d speed and it is either annoying or really nice.
What happens in mine is that the pitch (which will make the arc) is lower (or higher) when the target is closer. That is because I use gravity in it. Also with a higher pitch, the missile will take longer to reach it's destination.
Would you mind if that happens?

It's easier to point to a spell that's in spells archive, and has been already made before for a reason, it's not like you make them and then leave them there so that nobody can look at them :S

I'm not against triggering your own spell or asking for help on getting started, but there are options you can discover and look, I think of this more as discovering new things than having to explicitly going on forums and ask for a help for something as that was already done before.

But then that's the whole point of this forum :p

that would make the missile get destroyed on the first hit?
i would like a missile that hit multiple target on his way but deal damage only once per target

Again (I wonder why I am always saying this), This will be super easy with DDS. Create a dummy --> give the ability to dummy --> let the dummy cast the ability (shockwave or carrion swarm, whatever your base spell is) --> Then in the DDS detect whenever the dummy deals damage --> put your actions (your stun or slow etc.) --> done

add: You may use Missile Systems if you want (that would be preferred if you plan to make many spells that require it). But for this single spell that may be the fastest way
