Goofy Rock is a single spell target spell based on storm bolt. The difference is the missile model is changed to that of hurl b...(rock thingy). The spell has 3 outcomes. The first "case" is that the spell will do double damage, the second is that it will do normal damage and the third is that it won't do any damage and stun at all. It also has some eye candy things in it.

-oops: Only use against ground because "death" animation of air units is.... ain't pretty
