Good triggerer needed for spawn based map

Since im noob in triggering i need a good triggerer to help me with a map i develop...So what i want exactly is this...
A trigger to add,and remove a unit from the spawn...If there is anyone who can do this i will be greatfull and before u ask,The answer to the question''will my mane be mentioned in the map is YES''
