goldsrc animations to war 3

i've tried to port gordon freeman from goldsrc and it went perfect, the model is ready in blender textured with perfect sized textures and the polygon amount is good for warcraft, and even the animations imported there are like 100 animations, but heres the thing when i export it using mdl exporter it only outputs 1 animation the one i was playing as "stand", i dont have alot of experience with warcraft model software so i dont know how to fix this, i want to export multiple animations or atleast be able to import them while in retera's or magos

Hello,

Can you share the blend file?
i had to split it to 4 rar files since it got stuck in uploading, this blender project file was made in blender 2.92 if that information helps

I am using this plugin : GitHub - tw1lac/mdl-exporter at 3.4
With Blender 4.1

1. Open your model in Blender
2. Create the MDL materials and assign them the correct texture path (otherwise, no material will be created in your mdl export)
3. You can see all the animations in Animation -> Dope sheet -> Action editor, each action is a single animation
4. Export the model to mdl using the plugin, check the "Use actions" checkbox
5. Open the exported mdl in Retera model studio, Magos model editor, whatever, I used tw1lac Retera model studio in my video

You can see a 2min video where I do the export here : 2025-12-20 16-49-45.mp4

thanks i successfully imported it to warcraft, the model only needs some renaming for the animations and some animation fixing since the game uses some weird animation blend mechanism, ill get the model soon and will add your name to the credits you helped alot :)
