I was inspired by the ideas of the great Ujimasa Hojo.

Simple yet creative. I would fix the gold piles in the portait and add some alternate birth where the goldmine is built first then the structure.

It would be great if someone made a mini-map with this model where 5 workers can enter the mine like orcs into their lair, and extract gold there!!! If by the way there is another alternative idea: kobolds are mined only from this mine (as from a regular one) but can hide in this building for shelling. If someone can implement one of these ideas, I would be able to use it on my map. And now, alas, I do not know how to do it.
