Goblin Tinker Turret Flamethrower

Nice model, a bit too many polygons, but never the less a good edit/rip/whatever.
I am not too keen about the roundy-round Stand animation - a static Stand animation would be better in my opinion. But you're the creator so more power to you.
All in all, I like it and I am curious about your other towers.

It's neither a rip nor an edit. Unless you count editing my old models. I've kinda made all of my models spin in the stand animation.
If enough people want me to stop the stand animation, it would be easy to fix.

What gives? Did you make an earlier version I had sitting around on my HD? I don't know... Will have to check (I usually keep info on where I get my stuff, but need to find this one...)

That was indeed an extremely old version I made. People still use those old models? The only part left of that model is the "shields" next to the flamethrower. Those were in turn retextured with TC because it just looks better.

I'm pretty sure that model literally broke maps apart. But hey, if people really like the risks so much that they use it still, that's amazing.

Heck yeah, are you kidding man (besides, until you uploaded this, what else could we use? ). In fact, I still kinda like the original better (a bit more "crazy Goblin tech" compared to the "cleaner techy" look of this one (and yes I know it's still using Goblin textures)), but it lacks TC which is pretty important IMO, so I'll probably switch to this one. So thanks. : )

By the way, I hate to be 'that guy', but I did find the Readme.txt of your original file; it was an official upload (not just nabbed from a thread as I thought, lol), and you credited @The Weird Human as having helped you... If, as I suspect, this model is made with the original as a base, that's cool, but you might want to consider continuing to credit him somehow. :<

Those pieces were removed later though. But yes, the older versions did uses pieces. That was partly why I removed it in the end. Everything but the shield was remade from scratch, so that I wouldn't have to worry about that anymore.

So much has been remade from scratch so attributing that to him feels weird. Not just mesh has been remade, but animations. It's perfectly fine for the old model though. I could potentially credit Kellym0 though, he did help me with animations more than anyone for these newer turret models.

Then again, we did a lot of model trades back then, I'd do mesh and particles and he'd animate. As soon as I figure out how to add another author, I'll attach Kellym0 to the credits, I think.

It's cool, man. Not trying to be the 'credit police' over here; it appears you've made extensive modifications to the original/remade from scratch.

When it comes to 'model trades'... Yeah, I kinda expect that as a matter of course, both modders would be in the credits list (which is pretty easy with the new system, right?).
