Gmax TuT?

Can someone give me a begginers and pros tutorial for Gmax because all the tutorials are for 3dsMax and unfourtunatly 3ds Max costs too much so can anyone post me tutorials for Gmax?

Then which one would you recommend? All I heard thats bad about Gmax is changing it to mdx.

I use Milkshape, which kinda says it all... but I also have Gmax

My only problem with Milkeshape is that I have to set the animations manually after changing the msd to mdx format. But I would have to change the names anyway.

And I find milkshape more userfriendly then Gmax. And it got some nice converter programs.

But again it is your own choice

Magos Model Editor? it's for .mdx superior editing, not for model making

But you forgot to say it is very good to do all that with fixing textures, adding particles and similar... you can even greate small animations in it, or use for minor model editing..

Magos = A must have for modelers. That also applies to wc3 viewer


Also if you only want to edit models you can combine it with oinkwinklers tools to get some nice programs for model editing.
