I tried to search glow here, but I didn't see any mention of how to use it in terrain. (Maybe I searched for the wrong word)
Mixing glow of various colors has a very good effect, this I learned from other websites.

The actual effect is just like the picture. I'm not be good at this. I just simply mix blue and gray.
But some people have made amazing effects with this technique.
