Giving reputation from smartphone

There is a little glitch when you try to give someone reputation from a smart phone. I have a Nexus 5 running Google Chrome, for example (I have tried this on other phones), and when I click on the reputation icon the window pops up and sometimes just as quickly it immediately goes away. Let alone give me the chance to write down anything in it.

The reputation window is a bit needlessly basic as-is. Perhaps it could open in a more compatible window?

Same here, hive has no actual support for mobile platforms, which sucks.

Guess we all have to wait for hive 2 update.
