Always the same thingy with new map creaters, it's not fair :p
However, that's not my problem :)
Try something like this:
  • Untitled Trigger 001
    • Events
      • Time - Elapsed game time is 1.00 seconds //Use a value or an event at wich the hero exists
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • For each (Integer A) from 1 to 12, do (Actions)
        • Loop - Actions
          • If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            • If - Conditions
              • (Name of (Player((Integer A)))) Equal to lolzinyourface
            • Then - Actions
              • Hero - Create Uber Item of Doom and give it to (Variable containing the hero)
            • Else - Actions
