GIF not showing

I noticed this before but thought it was something I did incorrectly. But it happened twice now.

I try to use the [img] tag to post a gif, but it does not work.

Fixed. The image was too big, I have fixed the image size limit. I have enabled something called an image proxy that proxies the images and saves them server-side.

Was it the file size or the image size in pixels?

Filesizes are never calculated in pixels.

I know that.. but it could be that only images with the resolution of somethingxsomething was supported.
Perhaps I worded it badly.

It was limited to 5 MB before. Now it isn't.
