How can I make the ghoul use its stand lumber animation initially? not by using triggers. Is it possible?

You mean that he "uses" his fell-lumber animation the whole time?
I really don't know how to this. I think only with Object-Editor its impossible

Oh, so you want to change his normal walk-animation to an animation with lumber on his shoulders?
I think it's not possible, unless you give him lumber but no place to store it

It is possible. Just set its

Art - Required Animation Names - stand, lumber

Note that stand, lumber are two strings.
