Getting players IDs in the lobby

Hello ,

im extremely new to the forums and i need a simple program for what im doing. ( a .mix will do best but an .exe that runs in the background will work too )

I need the program to get the names of all players in game and check with a notepad file on the desktop ( or wherever) and if any of the ID's match , it alerts you in the lobby with the message :

"(username) is in blacklist"

and it would be nice if the program checked over everytime a new player joined or someone left
