ok... Since I'm sure most people are looking at this and going tl;dr I'll keep it simple.

How do I convert a PSD into a TGA into a BLP and keep the transparency correctly.

Thanks. Is it just me or does that program lower the quality a bit when saving to blp? I know theres a few different settings, just wondering whats the best look. (Not worried about kbps personally)

If the image after converting looks bad, you can save it with other settings:
- Check "Compressed" option with 85% quality (or any other in range 65-85%, it would be decent).
- Check "Merge headers", it decreases file size a bit.
- Check "Progressive format", it would give probable better compression of file in archives.
For more information, read the help file of program (readme_eng.txt).
