Here comes the SPOILER-summary-post, but it is kind of necessary. I think I broke all records of length of ordinary post after all, so here is a faster alternative for those of you who doesn't wanna read the whole thing. However, I recommend it - nothing beats knowing the small details of the full post. Well, well, your choice..

Summary

Vincent drives away from Brightwing Hill in Wayfarer. Suddenly they witness an earthquake and stops up to examine the situation, but realizes they have no chance of finding out what magic powered the earthquake, so they continue their journey.

They finally arrive at Ryan McDonald's abandoned villa. Vincent and his two cameramen prepares the funeral ceremony, while Am'ar, Gyro and Leila/Lizzie carries the unconscious Dante to the guest room on the second floor. Leila transfers soul power through the magical soul link into Dante's mind, while Gyro takes care of the physical wounds. Am'ar leaves, since he knows little about healing. With her husband gone, Leila explains to Gyro the history of Paillan's soul - and that she will die if Dante dies.

Am'ar goes out in the garden to help Vincent and the filming crew with preparing the ceremony. While they work on Ryan McDonald's coffin, Vincent explains about his past as Culture Minister in the Easterland Council. He tells about how he met Ryan McDonald, and why he moved down here, south of the northern border to the Southern Continent.

Finally, the preparations are finished, and Am'ar go get the others. Dante has woken up, but is badly hurt and has lost majority of his powers. Vincent start the ceremony, turning on cameras and filming the entire event, eventually invite Am'ar to say a few words on screen too.

At the meantime, Leila and Dante discuss their future, and agree that Dante will have to get his powers back, but the only way for him is to get into contact with the hand of the Fire God at Earth's Core in Hell. However, none of them can come with him to Hell, as only demons are welcome there, but Dante knows one person who might help him. She creates a portal to the shore of Loch Kael, and says goodbye to him.

as I said before, I had enough of the crappy lore of changing side the whole time.

You know, it was always your own choice to switch side, except for just now. I kind of just explained all that changing side all the time-nature of Paillan, in my latest post

BTW, I just created my fifth Extra Character this year - the God of Fire. I also mentioned the King of Easterland, and the two cameramen in Vincent's filming crew, but they doesn't really count, as they still haven't been given any names nor have they had any descriptions of looks and personalities yet. I readed it asap i noticed it. It just happened that for its length i was 10 minutes late from the meeting spot, so i didn't want to waste time with writing down all the nice things i feel about that post.

My concern: I love the backstories about Easterland, but it needs to be in a more distant past. I believe i noted things about Vincent being an explorer of the south for a lifetime now

Uhmm, right, didn't think that through - the problem is that I made it match the events of November 2012 (The Mad King's Invasion). But then again, one thing doesn't have to ruin the other. What if he was an explorer before he finally decided to settle down and deal with politics, after knowing how the world was outside of Easterland.
Or maybe, because of his Council membership he obviously had access to a lot of money and long holidays and whatnot. He could have frequently been on exploration trips during his whole political career :b
I don't know, let's make up some solution. I can always edit the post to what you guys want

Vincent owns the talisman of Ice

although this has not been revealed in the lore yet, I intended to make references to it.

I will figure something out how he ended up in the Council, because the little history there is too good to be undone. I will make something up.

You might want to note that this earthquake was caused by Chenralston, but yeah, he should at least know about the southern earthquakes. I'll change it so that some of Leila's line is spoken by Vincent instead

Yay, finally someone named it! Nort Frandis is an awzum name ... I hope somebody will go name the elven Mountain City too soon.
Oooouuuh, something tells me we'll get to known the barbarian races of the South soon-ish. BTW, I thought of making a retcon about the trolls because they are too warcraft-ish for us to keep this world unique - currently, the only troll in the Kaelicious universe, is Deolrin anyway. I thought of changing him to a goblin, called Dilrin the Goblin (No one will notice), so that there exists no trolls in the Southern Continent or anywhere else for that matter, but lots of goblins instead. What do you say about that? :3

I'm impressed you remembered the Kardos Family House being located in Valentine Forest. I think I only mentioned it once in some minor post ^^

Some other thing mister Kari - my Main Character's name is Am'ar Kardos, not Kaardos. I know I called him that back in the days, and before that I called him Am'ar Gaardos, and before that I called him Peon Amargaard. But I finally settled with the name I like the most, and that is Am'ar Kardos You might also want to note that Am'ar was born and raised in a random Greenskin clan in the Southern Continent, but at the time of Halloween/Christmas 2012 he was travelling north, escaping something, or whatever. I never actually came up with a reason why he left, and never returned. But Am'ar obviously knows about the bad situation in the south too; the endless battles between clans and poor living standards, etc.

Man, can I ever get to be a REAL father. I always have to adopt someone else's babies. Look how it went the last time. Well, bastard angel, you better be prepared! For what, I don't know yet...

It's smart tho, because you don't have to name the character yet, before sometime next year so you can freely use your last point on someone else ^^

EDIT: I calculated that the Child of Light will be born around April next year, which means in the middle of the Easter Games, lol, baaaad timing! Baaaaaaad timing I tell ya! :b

Yes I will finally replace Paillan/Dante because of over use (same character for 4 years xd) that doesn't include Leila thought.
Also I found pretty weird the fact you just said you wanted your own child... which means a very bizzare interracial, dude now I imaginated it (shuders). Ohhh and YOU know exactly why I did this too you >. So nine months... (calculating...) The child should be born somewhere around April and you should notice the pregnancy at the fifth or six month I guess... so Febrary, the best month to know that you are waiting a child ^^ , of course you may note it before.

I honestly don't know if you've been using the same character in other roleplays before this one, like I have, but if not, it's only been 2 years. November, this year, is our 2 year anniversary, remember?
What happened to that anniversary artwork-project btw? Have no one edited since Bernkastel?

I totally want my own child for sort of the same reason - someone to take over for Am'ar one day. I don't think Am'ar is over-used yet, but he's starting to grow old, you know :b
And is there anything better than an angel-orc? xD
But whatever, Am'ar will obviously believe he impregnated her himself, so it won't be difficult to hide the truth. Or maybe that is the truth? He might be the father anyway!

That's what happened before, when Paillan was just a young human farmer, kinda evil and willing to do anything to get out of the hole he was.
