Alright, I have finally made a complete list of notes of all I wants to include in the Random RP thread's first post (I always do that, BTW - which is why my posts tend to turn into Walls of Texts). Anyways, now, all I need to do, is simply to write the whole thing down, but I can promise you it will be done before this day's over :)

You might also want to note that this thread is the first of many Random RP Month-threads, that will not be named "[Gyro's Bar]", because I believe this months' RP will take place anywhere but in Gyro's Bar. I can never know for sure though :b
Just wanted to let you know that in the future I will never again name these kinds of threads "[Gyro's Bar]". That's all I had to say, bye :3

Yeah, it was, which is why Gyro wants return to it now so that he can repair it :)

BTW the new random RP month intro (for team McPatrickus and T.H.U.M.P.E.R. only tho) was a long Wall of Text, and I promise to write a summary ASAP, but not now as I have to prepare a school presentation in GERMAN for tomorrow - and German is seriously the hardest language ever, jeez.

Eh no, we (or.. well, I) settled that no one can see and hear ghosts but ghost whisperers, but alright this seems to be a pretty big discussion, since it returns all the time - let's take it to a democratic poll!
I actually have no clue what most people in here thinks about it :)

VOTE 1: Ghost Whisperers and the Storyteller are the only ones who can hear and see ghosts. (One vote so far - Amargaard)
VOTE 2: Ghosts Whisperers and the Storyteller and Demons and Angels can hear and see ghosts. (One vote so far - Paillan)
VOTE 3: Other ideas?

Sorry Paillan, no control over Kari. No vision over Kari. He is not an ordinary ghost right? he is my ghost.

Please let him be. Only Yarrick can see him right?

Also, you made Yarrick look dumb in your post again. Also how could he know that Kari is in the bunny base? (Which he wasn't, by the time the game ended) Why should Yarrick scearch for Kari? He is not vital in Yarrick's point of view, since the plan didn't work out. Also Yarrick could easily think that the Ghost finally dissolved and found his peace. No need for searching for ghosts of the past. Please leave Kari, and the ghost thing out of the post. Other than that, its alright


Edit: Am' you left out kids. Kids can see ghosts too right?
And i vote for not making a rule. The connection between Yarrick and Kari is a special one. Yarrick is not able to see other ghosts. Only Kari.

Oh, so let me get this straight... we have a whole new theory here from kari? That some ghosts "belong" to special characters, and can thus only be seen and heard by those characters? o_O
I'm not sure I like that idea either, for that means that every ghost "belongs" to both Yarrick and Vengeancekael and no one else, since those two have so far been able to see and talk with all ghosts.

Hahaha I find it kind of comical that we spend the long night hours to discuss about ghost visibility for some reason x)

Alright, that's a fair point Chen.
My argument against it would be that demons and angels are humanoid races. Ghost Whisperes on the other hand are character classes. All characters have both a race and a class, which means that one can be both a demon and a ghost whisperer at the same time by my logic - and if Dante was both - fair enough, I would have thought it was cool he could see all the ghosts, but I find it an overkill to let EVERY demon and EVERY angel be able to see EVERY ghost. But maybe that's just me ^^

I added Kari's new theory, as I believe he thinks of it. People are welcome to change their votes at any time. I might even do so myself :)

VOTE 1: 1 vote - Ghost Whisperers and the Storyteller are the only ones that can see ghosts. Wizards can feel all ghosts.
VOTE 2: 2 votes - Ghost Whisperes, the Storyteller, as well as all Angels and demons can see ghosts. Wizards can feel all ghosts.
VOTE 3(?): 1 vote - Ghost Whisperers and the Storyteller can see all ghosts. Demons and Angels see all ghosts too, except if the Ghosts have bonded with a specific ghost whisperer, in which case no other than the specific Ghost Whisperer and the Storyteller can see the Ghost. Wizards can feel all ghosts.

Thanks again, Paillan. I just dont want to bring his character back to the main storyline. He had his job here.

Also, this is not really a theory. It's just how possibly Vengencekael wanted it to be. Neither Yarrick nor Kari wanted this. Kari was gone for weeks before he woke up from his trance. Lets see if something good turns out of their relation.

But for the time being, i dont want others bothering that.

For what i care, you can see him, just PLEASE dont interract with him. Dont speak about his presence, unless it's in a really cool way. (Like Antonio's meditation) I don't intend to bring back Kari as a main character.

Edit: Ah darn, i tought you were flying :D

Haha.. but that only brings me to my next question! Demons and Angels can see ghosts too, fair, but what about half-demons (Like Dante) and half-angels (Like Lizzie) then? x)

This is not a rule at all bro, it is something called Lore, and it helps us make a universe that makes more sense in the long run. Lore means pieces of information about our unique world - just like that the Valley of Christmas is in the North, and that Am'ar is an Orc, and that Kari died during Valentine, and that only specific persons can see ghosts. This is all lore, and without keeping all the lore intact, our universe would fall apart, and would stop making sense.

The lore is what I try the hardest to keep intact, and yeah I do make rules in order to do that. Rules are something completely else - rules are the OOC limitations to the roleplayers, that prevents you from doing specific things, or sometimes, allows you to do somethings.
BTW, you just used a rule to your advantage - there is a rule that says that any roleplayer in this group can decide whether or not other players are allowed to use your characters in their posts.

You can all change the lore - which you automatically do bit by bit every time you make a post, but to change the rules you will have to ask me first :)

@Chen: Yeah, bro, like the others say. You'll have to add Momo to the post - she is with Antonio, and you have to remove Dai Quong from the post, he is back in the seas with his Furate army (And note that he also has the Stormiken as his pet now)
@Paillan: Or wait, Paillan, have you considered that it wasn't Dai Quong who destroyed the harbor? It could simply be the Furate army without its leader. Perhaps Dai Quong's second-in-command captain led the attack or something :)
Anyways bro, can you please do me a favor and find that airplane soon, because I am currently waiting to upload a new map that is supposed to be drawn by Clurey McPatrickus - and he can't draw anything before he starts flying in that airplane x)

Well you can always steal the robo cop flying machine's (they have those... we did that at the first Gyro's bat before valentine) let's say we better get one of those as Kari's one isn't finished.
And them when Clurey leaves our company for a while, we will go to the true north! Why? You will see
Also I just had this question: does the god of light count as one of my characters?
Also regarding his origin, this are my ideas: votation time!
1. The god of light always existed (this would make him kinda clash with his idea. So I don't vote it)
2. The god of light was created by elves. He created humans (zero votes)
3. The god of light was a renegade elf who left elvish land because he didn't liked elvish holidays (kaelicious holidays) he them molded his own race and own holidays but at the he turned good and ascended. Them humans forggot him and he made angels to remind them he was there. I vote it.

He had this flying machine idea for a long time now, and thus he could bring it to perfection.

Also, i told you that Uncle Kester is Kari. He was definitely NOT a janitor at the prison. You didn't understand my post, so i break it down to you.

Walking out from Loch kael Kari (the ghost) told Yarrick, that he has (in his laboratory hinted in Valentine wars thread) a flying machine (also hinted in previous threads), that could be ideal to Clurey. Yarrick stopped, because Kari's idea seemed more easy, but he didn't want to reveal the ghost's identity (he doesn't even know Kari's name), so he made up a name. That's all. Yarrick wont lead you to the Robo prison, Yarrick will lead you (with ghost Kari-s guidance) to Kari's laboratory in the mountains.

I hope now its understandable enough

@Everybody: I would like for this month to be used for something useful, to fix a problem that has increased a lot the latest couples of months. The decreasing number of active members! We need either the old people back, or better yet, new blood to the group!
It would be awzum if you guys could spread the word about the existence of this awzum little group, advertise it, tell your friends about it, promote it, and hopefully get others to join in! :3

Another thing I want you all to do for the remainder of May, is think of a new holiday for June! What is going to happen next month? Will it be another totally Free RP Month, or is there actually some awzum holiday out there that we can base our RP on? :)


@Paillan: Please don't use polls in the future. We both know that we are supposed to create the lore by making posts in the RP thread, not here in the general thread. The single poll I made about who can see ghosts and who could not, was a one-time exception, because it had bothered some of us for quite a while. There is no reason for the origin of the God of Light to be decided here, instead of letting it be revealed in posts in future RP threads, no rush bro :)


@Chenralstrasz: And you too, bro, please edit this post as soon as possible, or I will have to delete it. And I really don't want to, for the post is nice and all :l

The two things you have to do is
1st: Add Momo to the post, just mentioning that she stands next to Antonio is fine. Momo is Xi Wangmu's new character, and she joined Antonio during the Easter Games, so it doesn't make any sense that in the next post following the Easter Games' end they are no longer together, and they no longer have an alliance.
Momo's absence also results in Xi Wangmu not knowing what to write, so it's quite important that you change it soon.
2nd: I'll give you a choice here with the second thing you have to do, because it's a free RP and all, but you still cannot ignore old lore.
In my last post in the Easter Games RP thread, I wrote that Dai Quong had gotten a new pet - the Stormiken had joined him, but in your post, in which Dai Quong is present, you wrote nothing about his new pet, the Stormiken, being with him!
However, Paillan's first post in the new RP thread states that Loch Kael Harbor, has been burnt down to the ground by Dai Quong. Hmmmm... if Dai Quong did that, how can he then be in the Valentine Forest? Except if he simply ordered his Furate army to do it? Then he could technically have done both things at the same time!
So yeah, in short the second thing you have to change in your post, is either adding the Stormiken to it, and write that Dai Quong ordered the Furates to burn down Loch Kael harbor, OR, remove Dai Quong from the post, and instead make somebody mention that he returned to the Furates north of the Arena :)


@kari0003: Yo, no matter how you guys' plot turns out, please make it so that Clurey will eventually get some kind of airplane in the end, so that he can proceed to make the map that Vengeancekael requested of him - and so that I can upload the map he is supposed to draw :)

Paillan, it often makes the RP better, if you dont give your character knowledge that he doesn't know. For example, it would be much more exciting, if Dante only realised that we are going to Kari's laboratory, when we knock on it's doors.
Also if the Christmas wars are hidden for humans how should Yarrick know?

Anyways, this is not big trouble, so no need to edit it. I just want to point out, that you often give Dante knowledge he shouldn't be able to know. Sometimes an RP can be better with a little lack of knowledge :)

But didn't you open a gate in the mountainside that was three carrige wide (What's a carrige by the way) and walked into Kari's underground lab inside the mountain? That's how I understood it at first, but then appeared trees and all that o_O
So I guess the gate didn't really lead into the mountain then, but how could it then be located on a mountain-side - man my brain screws up right now x)

You know, Paillan, I have watched for a long time that you somehow didn't respect kari0003 properly in your posts, by making his characters always seem so stupid and weak compared to yours, but going all the way and killing kari0003's second and only character still alive without his permission is perhaps a lot over the top don't you think? :l

Yarrick is not dead, only Clurey and Dante thinks so, because he fell from so high. Its not written what happened inside the room, when they came to see Yarrick's condition.
I'm sure they will be able to patch him up, since he didn't take a really big fall.

Also about making my characters dumb, yea thats kind of true :D

When did I do that. I just checked my posts and I am sure his questions are rasonable. Example
When seeing the ruined town he asked
"What happened here?"
It's not like he doesn't know what happen. It's more of what caused it. I know the right question would be
"What caused this?" But most people would never use that form.
