Alright, Al, you are playing with the fire. Before you do anything stupid, I'd like to remind you of some of the few, very simple rules that I made not so long ago in that other new thread.

I'm sure it's against the Hive rules, to call him a faggot - and also it is not allowed to have quarrels in here, for I want Kaelicious to be a friendly environment.
I see no problem with off-topic pictures, but in the future - ask me about it, instead of getting in a fight. Come on man, it's a ridiculous thing to fight over. And keep your quarrels AWAY FROM HERE, or it WILL result in bans. Stop it, both of you, and anyone else who want to insult others!

And yes Kari, he can post whatever he want in this thread, as long as it is not offensive, and that he doesn't spam it all around the place with triple posts and what not.

I'm sorry Paillan, but I'm sure you have noticed that previous to your post I made a thread with some rules in it. One of the rules is that each player may only create a specific amount of unique extra characters each year - which is three at maximum. Why? Because the roleplay should be based on our own main characters, not on some random other dudes that we have created. You know, I'm fine with characters like Gyro, the Mad King, Valentino, etc., but they should not be given the main spotlight like this, so yeah I made a rule about that.
And you have created three new characters already, prior to this post - Leila, Kyrkow and the God of Light.
You just created three more; Serpent, Plenitus and Zeus. And I don't want to keep track of all these characters or things might get out of hand. There are a lot of things to keep track of already, so I deleted your post, although it was actually quite good. Sorry, but you are not allowed to create any more characters until 2015 - but use the ones that are here already. There should be more than enough :)
Oh, and on another note, the Kaelicious story does not take place on Planet Earth - there are no such thing as Greece or the North Pole, etc. :)

A little reference to a new person is the same as the creation of a character, only that it is a poor way to create a character. No matter the condition of those characters you made, they will all be considered a part of the lore from now on and till eternity, references or not, alive or not, doing anything or not. So keep it in mind in the future - you'll have to stick to your own characters for the rest of the year now ;)

The skill have maybe not changed, I can't possibly say, but sadly sharing your opinion about people's roleplaying does nothing great. If you could only be constructive instead of destructive in your messages while complaining, it'd be somehow much more acceptable ^^

Wait, it was actually just 3 weeks long? Huh. Well, the point is, some time ago I stopped checking the roleplay. The time is now messy in my head.

Well, then a different thing. I'm into a different type of roleplaying. Most people here, even unknowingly, roleplay in an unserious way. Sort of like Daily Peon somewhere around 2010. Myself, I'm more interested in a less lulzy roleplay to take part in. That said, I don't even want to roleplay, since I have enough proocrastination issues as is.

Yup, February started around 3 weeks ago, and the Valentine event has run since.

And yeah, Kaelicious started out as an unserious RP, and it will perhaps continue to be like that forever, I can't foresee that - However, I don't know about you, but I have noticed a lot of progress towards a more serious atmosphere as time has passed. I mean the first Christmas event was about you stealing ris ala mande and me preparing Christmas decorations, oh yeah, and not to forget the foot massage thing.
And of course those events left their marks, but like the original Daily Peon roleplay, we are slightly moving away from adding more of that silly kind of stuff and adding more and more serious plots, actually trying to cover up backgrounds for the different characters and making a basic lore for the world.
I truly don't know the future of this small group, but I believe we are heading towards a long never-ending story that gets more and more serious as time goes.. that's what I'm personally aiming for, at least, but I still do not wish to entirely remove that funny feeling that the Kaelicious story is known for :)

I hope im not going too far with controlling Everybody, The only thing i want is push the plot forward.

If you want to write a post about meeting Mania, please consider that it will be a meeting between the Cupid and Mania. They have some talking to do. Don't dash at Mania the first sight, since the Cupid wanted to arrange that meeting.

If people don't feel like being controlled by certain others, they are always free to tell. Rules are rules. I'm thinking of making a list, or something, to show who is able to control who :)

Alright, first of all, you just assumed the two teams were already fighting, while in fact, they haven't even met each other yet. And I'm sure that once they meet each other, they will actually communicate, instead of just go attack each other like they don't even care for each other.
Keep in mind that we have several personal battles coming up, as I revealed in the vKael+Bern post.

Secondly, Antonio is one of the enemy team's best players, so it's kind of unfair just to make him join you.

Thirdly, it was revealed once, that the cure to Mania's curse was Love. Yeah, real deep love - like the kiss from a couple, or a parent's love, or a brother's love. So you should include something like that.

Lastly, you just go rescue Psyche. Just like that.. seriously? We have an epic plot to rescue this woman, but you just go rescue her. Without trouble at all. Where's the epicness in that? o_O

Also, I made a new rule here, but I realized it was too strict for Kaelicious, so I deleted it - just act like I never wrote anything. Oh, and I regret deleting your post, Chen, 'cause I see now that you didn't actually rescue Psyche, but only find her.. hmm, I fear I'm starting to get too strict and dictator-like, please don't hesitate to tell me if I am. Your voice and opinions are always respected. It is supposed to be democratic in here after all :)

I always agree that in the finale, when all characters are together, we need to base the story on interaction, rather than solo posts.

So maybe make shorter posts while fighting with another player, and wait for him to reply.
Remember, that you can't land an attack without the other player accepting it.

While I somehow agree in that one must earn his respect before he can act like Trol does in DP, I also believe in Freedom of Speech, and that everyone should be allowed to post whatever they want in this thread, personal stuff or not - as long as it's not offensive ;)

Yeah, but people will just have to do that without there being rules about it, 'cause I don't want to remove the freedom that I myself wanted so badly in here. If you ask me, the best posts come when players are able to control each other, but that is also where the worst posts come, sometimes, so it's kind of hard to say, you know :b

However, I for one, will attempt to only control my own character, as far as it's possible :)
