You know, it's all a matter of perspectives. If you focus on the depressive events in your life, they will easily be dominant compared to the good stuff, that your brain decide to ignore.
However, if you focus on the good things instead and always remain positive, you will soon experience how easy life can be, as any obstacle in your life are easily passed
I know it's easier said than done to just leave a depression behind and change attitude to a more positive one, but it is the only simple true solution to a better life. Sometimes people needs fresh starts in whole new environments, personally I needed a change of school, before I realized this.
My point is: Stop being depressed and spread your negativity to us, and start working on changing it instead.
