It definitely has potential but needs work. Make the leaves more detailed and make the green a darker, slightly more neutral green (florescent green and neon red don't go well together). Also try to add shading.

ok, so... he doesn't looks like a NE at all (if he is supposed to look like one), leaves doesn't look like real and wood doesn't look like real, metal armor doesn't fits in at all, and the green is too BRIGHT
